About this Event - Sudbury Double
SMLE Mass has joined with Sudbury Park & Rec to give you this special price for BOTH the Halloween 5K on October 23, 2016 at 11:00 am AND the Gobble Wobble 5K or 10K on November 19, 2016 at 10:00am.

The Park and Rec Halloween 5K takes place at Haskell Field in Sudbury (40 Fairbank Road). To be guaranteed a t-shirt, registrations must be received by October 19th.

Then in November, join us for the 5th Annual Gobble Wobble for SMILE Mass on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Same day registration/bib pick up begins at 8:00am. Pre-race bib pickup will be available - date/location TBD. Races begin at 10:00 am. This wonderful event offers a kids fun run, a 1.4 mile walk, a 5k event, and a 10k event, and welcomes athletes of all abilities and encourages strollers, and especially special needs \"Ambassadors\" and \"Captains\". (Please visit http://www.smilemass.org/smile-running-team/ for more information) All races take place at the Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road in Sudbury Mass.

Proceeds from this event benefit the many SMILE Mass programs, including the beach wheelchair project, the equipment loaner project and the fully accessible vacation rental on Cape Cod. Over the past five summers, SMILE Mass has donated 100 floating beach wheelchairs to public beaches on across Massachusetts, with the majority located on Cape Cod. In addition to the beach wheelchairs around the state, SMILE Mass has an equipment loaner program. We have floating beach wheelchairs that can be borrowed at no charge, to be used at any beach. We also have two adapted tricycles in the loaner program along with several jogging strollers and a kick sled. We will be increasing this loaner program, and adding additional equipment.

Participants registered by November 1st are guaranteed a tee shirt.
